Fees for self-funded coaching are $280 per session (workplace sponsored coaching by negotiation). Session length varies depending on the stage of coaching; earlier in the process sessions may be 1.5-2.5 hours long, and later a little shorter. On average, 6-8 sessions are needed to complete the process, spread over a period no longer than 12 months.
Fees for foreign clients will be adjusted based on the economic parity between Australia and the client’s country.
From time to time fees may increase, but increases will not be applied to clients part way through a coaching contract.
MPWC has a 24-hour cancellation policy which means if you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice you still have to pay the full fee.
Sessions can be paid by cash or credit (Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club) after the session, or by direct debit two days prior to the session.
There are two kinds of confidentiality related to coaching sessions: your identity and the things discussed.
The identity of clients is shared with no one, except when requested by a court, or if the coach thinks you are going to physically hurt someone else. In both these cases the coach will discuss this with you if possible.
The things discussed in coaching and the nature of the issues you are working on is also highly confidential. The above exceptions apply and as part of delivering a high-quality service MPWC coaches engage in regular ongoing supervision where sometimes the nature of the work is discussed, but never your identity.
Your personal information is kept in a locked filing cabinet and never on a computer.
Any information you send in an email or via social media is confidential as much as it is in the coach’s control. However, emails and social media messages are not confidential communication channels and can be accessed by third parties.
The confidentiality rules only apply to the coach, not you the client. It is completely at your discretion if you tell others who your coach is and what you are working on in coaching.
